The Pension Cotton Farm is steps away from the Annapuri Gondola, but aside from that, the Staff- Yu & Yuki- the owners are the most accommodating, kind, and fun hosts we've ever experienced. We travel all over the world and will be keeping in touch with Yu & Yuki like family. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is warm, and we will always stay here when traveling in Niseko. Highly Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make this a standout stay on our trip. Location is virtually ski in/ski out.

Lovely stay here. Yu and her husband were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend.
