Escape to the 15th Fairway Retreat

Escape to the year-round beauty and adventures of Central Oregon in this luxuriously appointed and recently renovated home on the 15th fairway of Glaze Meadow golf course at Black Butte Ranch.

The great room offers plenty of comfortable seating, fireplace, large TV (with cable), games, dining table for 8-10, and updated kitchen, all overlooking the fairway. Island has counter seating for 3, and the brand-new coffee and tea bar is perfect to brew your morning cuppa. Chef's kitchen has all the tools and appliances you could need - blender, Instapot, hand mixer, drip coffee machine, tea kettle, pots/pans/dishes, glassware, and serving pieces. Air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer and a cozy nook for Fido (dog bed, food bowls and a few toys are ready to welcome house-trained pups - see policy for other information). If you have wee little ones, there is a crib, high chair and pack n play available. For bigger kids, check out the ping pong table in the garage. Bikes of various sizes are provided (confirm availability and sizes before leaving yours at home).

House comfortably sleeps up to 10 with 3 bedrooms, including two primary bedroom suites on the main floor and a bunk room (plus queen) upstairs for the kids. Laundry closet in garage (plus a second dryer) makes it easy to keep the swimsuits, towels (pool/hot tub towels provided), and ski clothes fresh. Plenty of room to park your car (1) in the garage and still have room in the driveway, and the back deck is the ideal place to relax under the pines and watch the golfers go by while you grill dinner on the large Weber gas grill.

Perfect access to the best of Black Butte and Central Oregon. Golf course and walk/bike paths out your door. Easy walk to Glaze Meadow Golf Course and Upper Glaze Meadow swimming pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Short bike ride or drive to Glaze Meadow Recreation Center and Lakeside Pool and recreation area, including swimming, disc golf, and kayaking. Scenic, family-friendly skiing is 25-minutes away at the Hoodoo Ski Area, and summer cookouts and beer tasting at Suttle Lake Lodge. Downtown Sisters' shops, restaurants, and galleries are a short drive away. Or stay home and enjoy the hot tub, ping pong table, or movies in the great room.

Configuration of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
- Primary Suite 1: Cal King Bed | Fireplace | Walk-in shower, double vanities and separate water closet [1st floor]
- Primary Suite 2: Queen bed | Walk-in shower, single vanity [1st floor]
- Full Bathroom: Single vanity | Separate water closet with tub [1st floor]
- Bunk Room: 2 sets of bunk beds* (4 twins) plus queen bed [2nd floor]

Note: There are two cameras installed in the home that allow us to remotely view the conditions on the driveway and back deck (not the hot tub area). We've installed these cameras so we can be aware of snow and other yard issues. Please do not move or unplug the cameras or we won't be able to properly maintain the home. We will not be monitoring your actions or be able to hear your conversations. Thank you for your understanding on our need to have the cameras functional.

Property Fee: Previously Black Butte Ranch collected a daily per person fee during check in. The new policy is that each homeowner collects a 12% rental rate fee and remits it to BBR. That means check in at the Welcome Center will be much smoother and easier for everyone. However, we do need to collect the fee up front. We apologize for this fee and want to ensure you are aware that this fee is collected by us but doesn't not come to us.

* Bunk beds are not made up with sheets. Sheets and pillows are provided but if you don't want to make the beds, we suggest you bring sleeping bags from home.
