This Large Familoy home as amenities for all ages. It sleeps 10! When you walk into this well-designed home (3300 sq. ft.), with its lofty ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and huge river rock fireplace, you know you're someplace special. The light and bright kitchen has all the conveniences, including an island eating bar that seats 4, plus the dining room table seating 8. Double doors to the large deck provide more light. There's also an enclosed courtyard off. There's a large hot tub! The home is air conditioned and close to a bike path for easy access to the Glaze Meadow Rec. area. It's also down the road from the GM Pro Shop.

MAIN FLOOR | The 1st downstairs king primary suite is beautiful with deck access and a second fireplace. The spacious primary bath has a stall shower PLUS an antique style claw footed bathtub and double sinks. The 2nd king suite has a full bathroom and access to an outdoor courtyard.
SECOND FLOOR | Up the gorgeous staircase, you'll find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is 1 queen bedroom and another with 2 double/twin bunk beds, great for kids or adults. Upstairs there's an amazing game/family room with a pool table, foosball table and tv viewing area, allowing separation for the kids or a wonderful area for the entire family to have a fun night together.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

The House is large and has lots of space. The upstairs is wonderful for children with both foosball and a pool table. The deck is large an has a hot tub. It is close to the Glaze Meadow pool and next to the upper Glaze Meadow gold club house. There are 2 steeper hills to get there if you are riding a bike. It is very doable for kids nd adults in good shape.

This is the best equipped house I’ve ever rented, anywhere in the U.S. It had tons of towels, toilet paper and towels. The kitchen had everything including a meat thermometer. There are plenty of pool towels and a new washer drier with soap and Spray ‘N Wash provided. Black Butte Realty was very responsive. The beds are comfortable and the recliner chairs are a big hit with adults and kids.

I was good. There needs to be a closer look at the facilities before renting to actually determine what maintenance needs doing. Each of the three houses needed work on something or had something that didn’t work.

Although the realty company is extremely hard to reach by phone, our house that slept 12 was clean and beautiful and ready for us to check into a little early!! One incident that occurred was very disappointing. Our 32 year old niece arrived to Black Butte from the airport via Uber and was told that she could walk to the rental house ( rolling her suitcase). The house was 4 and a half miles away and it took her an hour and a half. I cannot imagine how the young man at the desk suggested this and did not offer a golf cart ride or other options. Also, GPS works poorly in this area and several people got lost in Black Butte and almost missed our son’s wedding ( which was well done and absolutely gorgeous!) I would stay here again because it is so beautiful and I do hope that the problems with answering the phone and not enough help at the welcome desk were due to Covid-19 and will be remedied!
