About this house rental
This home is a spacious 2,855 sq. foot reverse living home that sits on a quiet cul-de-sac at Black Butte Ranch on over an acre with stunning views of the #14 Fairway of Glaze Meadow!
When you enter the great room of this home, you are struck by the beautiful wood walls and trim, tall vaulted ceilings, large river rock fireplace, and lodge-like ambiance. The great room consists of the living room and dining room with a dining table that seats 10. The brand new kitchen is off the dining area and all the rooms have wonderful golf course views and are light and bright.
Down a hallway is a 1/2 bath and king primary suite with full bath, plus a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. The primary suite has more amazing views, a private deck, and hot tub access on the main deck.
On the ground floor is a large family room/bedroom combination with 4 twin beds and a second beautiful river rock fireplace. A queen bedroom shares a full bath in the hallway with the twin bedroom, and a second king bedroom with an attached full bathroom complete the ground floor.
Children are welcome, a pack ’n play, umbrella stroller, and high chair are provided for guests to use during their stay.
For guests concerned about the river rock front porch, access the house through the garage.
This home is conveniently located across from the newest Black Butte Ranch Pool area, the upper Glaze. A large deck and air conditioning are more features you will love. This home is loaded with charm and character, and will become your favorite home away from home.
PLEASE NOTE: DURING JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST there is a 7 night minimum with a Saturday check in/out. If you wish to deviate from the schedule or are having difficulty booking on-line, please send me a message.
FYI: The Service Fee you see in the quote is the HomeAway/VRBO fee for using their site to book your reservation. VRBO charges this immediately upon you confirming your booking and then passes your information on to me. The host fee is the cleaning fee.
All bookings at Black Butte Ranch are subject to an Access Registration Fee.

Robin was a very good communicator and the floor plan of the house worked perfectly for our family.

Robin was a flexible host and the property was in good condition and the morning snow was an unexpected delight on our final day.Only recommendation is for almost 800 a night don’t ask guests to take recycling and garbage to the opposite exit refuse center.

The home was amazing! The great room with vaulted ceilings and huge rock fireplace we’re grand! Had the feeling we were at Timberline Lodge! The home had a grand but yet cozy feel! The huge window seat was one of our favorite spots in this home. Home was very inviting, hot tub was awesome and home was spotless upon arrival and beds (many of them) were comfy! House was very well equipped also!Thank you!
