Welcome to your Black Butte Ranch getaway Hollyhock House—a spacious, beautifully updated home in a private setting with room for families and small groups to relax and enjoy the scenery in style. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3,600 square feet, two living areas, air conditioning, a large deck, and views of Black Butte, this home is designed for comfortable, relaxing stays in the heart of the Ranch.
Freshly furnished with stylish, modern furniture and decor, the home has an elevated feel while still being warm, welcoming, and easy to settle into. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a golf weekend, or a peaceful Central Oregon escape, this home offers the space and amenities to make it feel special.
The main level includes a bright living room with smart TV, dining area with a large group table, wood stove fireplace insert, and a fully stocked kitchen with a cooktop, oven, microwave, warming drawer, wine/beverage refrigerator, and a full selection of cookware and utensils. A generous pantry area with counter space and access to two full-size refrigerators plus a standalone freezer makes meal prep especially easy for longer stays or larger groups.
Sleeping layout:
- Primary suite (main level): King bed, walk-in closet, private office space, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, electric fireplace, TV, and deck access
- Bedroom 2 (main level): Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 (main level): Queen bed and deck access
- Bunk room (upper level): Two twin-over-full bunk beds
- Den: Two convertible sofas, each with a queen bed
One of the home’s standout features is the downstairs den and game room, complete with a pool table, projector and home theater, poker/game table, bar area, and refrigerator. It’s a great setup for movie nights and laid-back evenings after a day exploring the Ranch. The home also includes board games, puzzles, a DVD/Blu-ray library, pool towels, a high-chair, and a first aid kit.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large deck with outdoor seating, tables, and a large covered space with barbecue. The location is especially convenient—this home is within walking distance to the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, South Meadow outdoor pool and the picturesque Aspen Lake.
