This gorgeous three-level house is close to the ocean with all the comforts of home to ensure a long and relaxing getaway for you and the people you love. The main-level living space is open and welcoming, with lots of natural light, burnished floors, and modern finishes throughout. The entertainment area features comfortable furniture looking out over the expansive back deck furnished with a private gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. The full kitchen is equipped with all the stainless steel appliances, counter space, and cabinet storage you'll need to prepare delicious meals, and you can serve up to six dinner guests at the dining table while the little ones chatter away from the two breakfast bar stools. The main level also includes an office area complete with a desktop computer and two reading chairs. Downstairs, you'll find a quiet space furnished with a spacious sofa, a stove, and a flatscreen TV, the ideal setting for older kids and private time with a good novel. On warmer months, you'll love gathering everyone around the firepit for an evening of toasted 'Smores and good company. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, one on each floor.

The house was fabulous. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable and the linens were new. This was so close to Acadia National Park. Perfect location and wonderfully remodeled.

We were here for 3 days (2 nights) and it is the perfect location for exploring Acadia and Bar Harbor. Close to literally everything and easy to swing back by if you need a quick wardrobe change (when your 4 year old doesn't listen and jumps right in at Sand Beach). Cool modern space with room to space out, great appliances, kitchen had everything you could need, great outdoor space, quiet location. Highly recommend.

The house is in a great spot for visiting Bar Harbor & Acadia NP. The house was clean, but had a terrible odor requiring the windows to be open to be inside. The bathrooms and laundry room smelt like sewage, maybe the drains dried up as it got better by the last day. The master bedroom smelt like garbage which we never figured out. Contacted the property mgmt company who was initially responsive, but never helped resolve anything. The house is located right next to a public shower facility so it’s not very secluded as the backyard pics look, many people are coming and going.
