We loved this house! It was perfect for our family of 4. Great location - walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor and around the corner from a great playground. The kitchen was brand new and in great shape. The stairs upstairs were a little steep, but there was a built in baby gate which gave us peace of mind when we put our younger son to sleep. Already discussing when we can get back again!

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. The couch needs to be replaced, and the main bedroom's bed is pretty worn as well. The downstairs lighting could be brighter for reading and cooking. We appreciated the proximity to town and the natural light in the upstairs bedroom. Unfortunately, the oven broke while preparing our meal, but we were checking out the next day, so made accommodations. We would return for another stay.
