The unheated pools are open seasonally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, dependent on weather.
Two pool passes are provided, each allowing access for up to three guests.
The living room fireplace is not operational. Samsung+ streaming is available.
The fireplace is disabled and not for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
