Welcome to the Cottage! Enjoy this hidden gem in a quiet, private neighborhood about one mile to the beach/boardwalk, yet centered in the heart of Rehoboth. Located in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, this property offers a tranquil setting along with convenience to everything, including a robust number of fabulous restaurants, Tanger Outlets, bike trails adjacent to Route 1, Jungle Jim’s Water Park (seasonal) and the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride) to avoid local traffic and parking meters. A short drive takes you to the Lewes/Cape May Ferry and nearby Cape Henlopen State Park and fishing pier.
Be ready to relax and unwind after a day at the beach, with dining accommodations at the cottage to suit family and friends. Feel like dining out? Set your sights on Blue Coast or perhaps the Crab House (family friendly indeed). Games are plentiful for all generations, a fully stocked kitchen is at your fingertips and let’s not forget the Keurig for your morning coffee! Our “Fenwick & Fishies” guest bedroom boasts a fun and whimsical feel and hosts bunk beds (twin and full). Storage for all your gear and a smart HDTV positioned for movie night. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and all rooms have ceiling fans. All linens provided. Brand new American Signature Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa located on the first floor. Please note there are no bars or springs with this brand new, state-of-the-art sofa sleeper to give you a great night's sleep. Hair dryers can be found in each full bathroom.

The property was nice and everything worked. Needs a little better cleaning. The community is nice and pool was very close and residents were friendly.Overall we enjoyed staying at the location. The kitchen was well equipped. The bbq was old and needs replacement. The back screened in room was wonderful.

Lovely home. Stocked with everything you could need. Location was great too. A short drive to the beach. The community pool was great. So glad it remained open past Lanor Day. Very nice neighbors. Tyson was so kind and helpful. We would love to return!! Thank tou!

This property has been neglected and the renter immediately SEES the broken blinds, the stains on the carpet and the (splashes) on walls and a obvious stain going upstairs -- Lights not working.
The outside patio filthy!!
Leaves covering the cushions everywhere...In addition the patio WICKER CHAIRS FALLING APART (THROW THEM AWAY!)
The patio had debris which kept us indoors until finally Thursday they came with a leaf blower and blew and cleaned the patio off and cut the grass which was a little too late to enjoy anytime outside there...
As I've said, many things inside and out -- upstairs and down neglected
Broken WICKER CHAIR UPSTAIRS in one bedroom
Another bedroom's fan had only one speed! Bulb burnt-out in same room with other things out of sorts disappointing to say the least!
Too many to name...Ironically I've named a lot!
A lot of money $$$ to have this kind of neglect...
We are NOT COMPLAINERS the kitchen & dining room and couches and the beds were so comfortable --
