The property was absolutely wonderful- location was perfect for getting around. We most enjoyed the sunroom with its gorgeous view of the pond.
When we arrived late evening we were tired after trip and just shared a light snack. There was not a paper towel, napkin or even a tissue anywhere to be found. My husband went to store first thing next morning to purchase and just wish we had known. If third couple had joined us, we would have run out of toilet paper. Also, although all on first floor was sparkling clean, the rug up the stairs, although freshly vacuumed, appeared a little weathered/unclean. The rug in the master bedroom needed updating as well.

The top most important things to me and my family are safety, security, and cleanliness. This townhouse was in a very quiet area that felt safe and secure to us. This was the cleanest rental unit I've rented in YEARS. Units in recent past years were what I'd call acceptable at best -- or marginal at worst. Also, there were things there for renters that you don't find at other places. For example, we thought we'd have to go out and buy laundry detergent, but there was plenty already there. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic stuff plus so much more. There is an entire cupboard in the living room filled with games, etc. My grandchildren played UNO every night before bed. The communication from our host was excellent. He was prompt and thorough with all his responses. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful townhome.

While it was pretty clear upfront, Lack of linens, toilet paper or paper towels. Seems silly to do everything else perfectly but make us bring these.
