What a lovely stay with our family! The house is clean, and spacious with well appointed features. The sunroom facing the Lilly pond was my favorite. The neighborhood itself was cozy and tucked away but close to all conveniences. We even walked to the boardwalk from our location! I would highly recommend and return for another vacation.

The property was wonderful. Clean and exactly as pictured. Some confusion on check out time as the cleaners arrived at 10 am and we were instructed that checkout was 11. But thankfully we were mostly ready to leave by 10. Overall a great stay and gracious host. We would definitely stay here again.

Sunroom is beautiful
Cons:
Master shower had mildew on shower curtain
Extra blankets were not laundered and were visibly dirty. They needed to be washed before we slept in the beds.
HVAC was inconsistent. Downstairs was very cool and upstairs was very hot, even after adjusting the vents.
SIDE NOTE:
Please keep in mind linens are NOT included in the rental. This includes sheets, towels, and washcloths, etc. This is very challenging when traveling with a family. We had a whole extra suitcase with just linens.
