Enjoy this three bedroom home in the Keys of Marsh Harbor neighborhood located less than 2 miles to the beach and boardwalk. Perfect for extended family or friends. The house has a master suite with king-size bed, TV, and private bath.
There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and each bedroom has their own walk-in clostet. There is also a Queen Air Mattress for the living room. Note: Kitchen has Keurig!
The expansive family/living room is open to the kitchen and dining areas, with a separate game area perfect for the kids! Enjoy the HD LCD Flat Screen TV with Surround Sound in the living area!
The screened porch has water views of the pond. The kitchen has everything you'll need to feel right at home. Plenty of parking with room for two cars in the driveway, and two in the garage.
Aside from the beach, there's an opportunity to get wet at the community pool or walk to an adventure at Jungle Jim's Waterpark right next door to the Keys of Marsh Harbor. The development has a tennis(all purpose) court too. Within walking distance are a coffee shop, golf driving range, outlet shops and The Big Fish Grill a very nice seafood restaurant. There is also a pay shuttle within walking distance that takes you to the beach or around town!

This is a great location to stay. The beach bus is directly across the main road of this development. Very easy to plan your trips to the beach without the hassle of beach traffic. The house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The screened in patio was nice in the mornings and at night. When you rent just make sure to bring all your supplies including soap, garbage bags, dish soap,paper towels hand towels to get you started before you go out for your first grocery shopping trip.

I would definity rent again. Love the screened in porch for morning coffee and cocktails at night. The kids had a great time too!
