This spacious, ground-level condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is ideally located less than two miles from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and Downtown Rehoboth. Designed for comfort and convenience, the open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a beautifully appointed kitchen and a lovely screened-in porch — perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Guests enjoy access to three sparkling community pools (open from one week before Memorial Day through one week after Labor Day), as well as tennis and pickleball courts within the peaceful Sanibel Village community. The neighborhood provides a quiet, relaxed atmosphere while keeping you close to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer.
You'll be just a short walk from local favorites like Big Fish Grill, Red, White & Basil, and Bluecoast Seafood Grill. The first thing I noticed was how clean this condo is! Just as advertised - convenient to everything, quiet neighborhood, kitchen is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. It was perfect for my adult daughter and I to meet up for a long weekend.We didn’t have any interaction with the property manager.
