Bad smell in room. Corridor smelt of cigarette smoke. Not enough towels supplied for amount of people staying in room. One flat pillow each. On check in one of our rooms had not been cleaned! No air in room, too stuffy.

wasn’t exceptional but I wasn’t expecting it to be given that it’s a budget hotel but we only needed a place to sleep for a few days and that’s what we got.. breakfast was lovely… although bit strange we got charged two different prices for the two different days we had breakfast even though it was the same amount of people?

rooms were not clean.. there was what I am certain is blood on the ceiling which isn’t nice for the person sleeping on the top bunk, in another of the rooms the shower was falling apart

The lady who works in the reception is amiable and efficient. I double-paid for the room by mistake, but they found the issue and refunded my money. Good localization.

The rooms are old and need refurbishment and the shower drain doesn't work properly. The man who was working on the morning of our departure is very rude and shouldn't be working in a hotel reception, as he will surely damage the hotel's reputation.

Good for the price, clean basic bedrooms and bathroom, bring your shower-gel and air-dryer.

Room size OK for three and bed comfort was average, we only wanted to spend the night and did not need any extras. The TV have many foreign channels. The hotel is located near a Carrefour shop so I managed to top-up on before my return to the UK, there are restaurant at walking distance from the hotel which we used.

Room was clean but was an ex-smoker room which retained in the room odor. It could do with a bit of paint to refresh the room. In the bathroom, the toilet, sink and shower was clean but the bathroom show its age.

The location was excellent as it was only 1.5km from my business destination

Everything was basic and very Spartan the fact there wasn’t even a kettle in the room meant that despite having coffee milk and sugar the lack of the ability to add hot water meant only a small tepid cup of coffee could be purchased from the lobby

The room was good, so that saved the stay. Don't trust the pictures on the outside areas!

The room corresponded to the pictures and expectation for a budget hotel. The bed was comfy (if you like hard mattresses) and shower good.

The pictures of the garden and outside areas are extremely misleading. It was what made me pick this hotel over another one, but was not tempted to spend even 5 minutes in the garden. The hotel is located right off a parking of a store part of a giant shopping mall complex, but that's my fault for not checking more closely on the map to detect this beforehand.
