About this house rental
Location, style, comfort, sunny, great views, private and pet friendly, this is the perfect home for your Wanaka holiday!! So close to the lake and easy walking distance to town, Bella’s Place has great indoor / outdoor flow with amazing mountain and lake views from the balcony.
Located on a quiet street just one row back from the lake edge and within easy walking distance to town this house is in a prime location for you to enjoy your Wanaka holiday. Bella’s Place is a stylish home which has been recently renovated so it feels very fresh and clean when you are inside. There are four good sized bedrooms, each room having a commercial split king size bed. We can easily accommodate couples or families as two of the bedrooms have the flexibility to be made into twin rooms if preferred.
There are 3 full bathrooms, one with a bath as well as a shower, en-suite for the master bedroom and a further downstairs bathroom for guests. With fabulous mountain views from all rooms, the master bedroom also enjoys a fantastic lake view from the balcony, a great spot to relax whilst on holiday! The house has a good sized fully fenced private outdoor area that gets great sun and has good indoor / outdoor flow which includes a BBQ area and plenty of seating options. For the winter months the house has a gas fire in the lounge and heat pumps throughout. The double garage has a full laundry and drying room as well as plenty of room for your toys.

Bella’s Place has to be the most immaculate, tidy and beautiful home we have ever stayed in at Wanaka. The location of the property is just a few minutes away from the water front and shopping district. The property was fenced in so it was nice to relax in the glorious sun knowing our wee dog was safe to roam outside with us. The whole house was stunning!!! Immaculately clean, warm, inviting, with comfy warm beds, excellent shower pressure and all the ammenities you need for a prefect stay. Booking was a dream, easy, fast and polite correspondence with the host, Highly recommend, We are already planning our next stay, once you stay at Bella’s Place, you never want to leave :)
