About this house rental

Enjoy fresh air and warm sun at the top of Houghton Street. And it's an 8-minute walk to MASS MoCA and the town center. Our charming 1850s built home features all new appliances, updated bathrooms, modern amenities, three large porches, and plenty of room to relax indoors and outdoors. Three bedrooms and full bath upstairs, one bedroom and full bath downstairs.

We were instantly captivated by the decor—it felt like stepping into a space that honors its history while embracing comfort and style. The renovated kitchen and bathrooms were stunning, and the wallpaper added such a unique, elevated touch that made the whole place feel curated and cozy.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were top-notch—soft, fresh, and luxurious. One of our favorite moments was sipping coffee on the front porch, watching the world go by and sharing stories. It was peaceful, entertaining, and the kind of memory that lingers long after the trip ends.

Overall nice house, well equipped kitchen (we made a lot of meals). We really appreciated the stash of games for all ages (4-11 for our kids and adults as well). Close enough to walk to Mass MOCA, although most folks in the area drive. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay during our artist residency at Mass MoCA. It was so clean and comfortable, with easy parking. It was only a short drive or walk away from everything we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in North Adams!
