About this house rental

Massachusetts lake house on beautiful Ashmere lake in the Berkshires. Living room and porch provide beautiful views of the lake. House is situated with direct view and access to lake and boat dock. Recently finished complete interior remodeling including new kitchen, bedrooms, wood floor. House includes association access to boat docks and 5 minute walk to beach with picnic area/ playground. Rental includes use of row boat and paddle boat. Broadband internet with WiFi now available. Recent update includes Mini-splits which provide A/C in summer and heat in warm months.

-- After a very pleasant visit last summer, headed back for another generous dollop of nature and serenity. The leaves were ablaze and the lake sparkled in the crisp autumn sunshine. Bliss in the Berkshires! . . . .

Not great but ok in all respects. Sort of funky lake cabin. Marginally equipped- two days of dishwasher soap, one garage bag and no laundry detergent. Lake view might match minimal.

Overall good stay had a great time at lake was nice to have boats to use and fish from.

It was the perfect lake vacation for my three adult children and myself! We took advantage of the Paddleboard, the pedal boat, and the Kayak's. We will be back!
