The space:
Fresh off a full interior remodel, The Wheelhouse on Lake Windsor is unlike anything else in Bella Vista. Every detail has been thoughtfully redone — all-new design, furniture, and appliances — plus a brand-new deck that puts you right in the treetops with stunning views of the water.
Spread out across 4 bedrooms, a walkout basement, and 3.5 bathrooms with plenty of room for the whole crew. Sleep configuration includes 2 Kings, 1 Queen, a daybed with trundle, and twin bunks — sleeping 10 total, making this an easy fit for large groups, family reunions, or a crew trip. The light-filled living area flows right out to the new deck through sliding glass doors, and the fully equipped kitchen means you can cook after a long day without a second thought.
For the Mountain Bikers:

The house has multiple outdoor living spaces for quests to enjoy the beauty of Arkansas. The lakefront area is perfect to enjoy sunsets over Lake Windsor or to lounge on the large lake raft, or enjoy exploring the lake on a kayaks for guests use. There are almost 400+ miles of mountain bike trails from 5-15 minutes away. Be sure to pack a bike or rent one at one of the local rental shops.
We have recommendations for rentals cars and rental bikes! Just reach out to the host!

Beautiful house right on the lake! Stayed here for a wedding with my husband and 5 children aged 15-21. Property was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and there was more than enough bath towels and beach towels for everyone. My kids loved the dock, paddleboat and floating lily pad. We did sign up for the guest passes but never used them as everyone just wanted to stay at the house. It was a great location with restaurants, grocery store, and everything you need only a short distance away. The host was awesome and was quick with responses and recommendations for restaurants and things to do while we were there. The kids loved it so much they want to return next summer!

I would recommend this house and I would stay here again. Lake was clean, quiet and perfect for our family. The dock, diving platform and floating lily pad allowed us to completely enjoy the lake all day, everyday! The house has 2 separate living spaces which is perfect if you have more than one family or teens that like their own space. Ate dinner each night on the covered deck overlooking the lake and property. We were able to store all our bikes in the garage which was very handy. Nice towels, linens and plenty of beach towels. Access to 7 fun golf courses. HOA pools were very nice . 10 minute drive to town and trails. You can’t bike from the house but some trailheads are 5-10 minutes drive. A few cons: kitchen is functional and well equipped but old and in need of an update- especially countertops and stove/microwave. Driveway is very steep and skinny but that’s it. Overall great place to stay!
