This is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condo located on The Omni Plantation on Amelia Island! The ground-floor entry allows access into the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and you'll love the open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms are upstairs, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, another king in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. This is the second time we’ve rented this property and we’re looking forward to the third time.

We stayed in the home while attending a wedding at the Omni hotel. The home was clean and very comfortable. There were no beach toys available, but we were able to find some to purchase at the local supermarket when we went for a Starbucks run. Coffee machines were in the unit, but without knowing the style we weren't able to know if we should bring k-cups, beans, or ground. FYI for future guests - it is a drip coffee maker so bring ground coffee. Lighting from lower wattage bulbs was dim in the primary bathroom for basic hair/make up needs. It didn't help when one of the two bulbs went out completely. We weren't able to find the pool until our last day there. No information was given in the unit and no signs were on the property. We were busy enough at the beach, but we did look for it a couple times and ended up walking off the trail or accidently into a neighbor's patio area in our search.
The kitchen is stocked okay. There was no pizza cutter that we could find.
The only big concern would be critters. Ants were on the cabinets the first morning by the groceries we brought. We moved all food to the fridge for safekeeping and didn't see any more ants after that. There was also the morning sweeping to round up the 20-30 worms that would be all over the main floor in the kitchen, dining, entry, and family room areas. We especially needed to carefully lift up any shoes we set by the front door to find more worms hiding underneath them!

Great location and place was very nice but there was mold on the master shower, the hot water didn’t work on the master bath and the downstairs air didn’t work the entire time we were there. We reported it the first night and they sent someone the following night but it was never fixed.
