With fresh updates and bright island decor, 2080 Beach Wood is one of the newer additions to the Destination Amelia Vacation Rental Collection! This top-floor condo in the Beach Wood complex on the grounds of the gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) has two spacious bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and lots of living space.
Walk across the street to beach access and stroll behind the building to a refreshing community pool that's perfect for hot summer days.
While peaceful and private, this condo is still close to everything! The nearby Omni Amelia Island Resort hotel and conference center, also within the AIP community, are within a 5-minute walk up paved, shaded path. Travelers can dine at their restaurants and enjoy specialty coffees at their newest coffee shop.
Likewise, Little Sandy, the short golf course, is nearby, and young families might like the mini golf and nature center at the outdoor shopping village.
The wall decor in 2080 Beach Wood will help travelers get ideas for other local adventure options, like driving 10-20 minutes south on A1A to reach Little and Big Talbot State Parks.
The main living area offers comfortable seating and a new flat screen TV. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything guests need for meal preparation and features new appliances, including the refrigerator and dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and attached private bathroom that has been expanded and nicely renovated. The guest bedroom offers two double beds and its own updated bathroom next door. Professionally-laundered bed linens and towels are provided for guests.
The charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach is about a 20-minute drive north and is an amazing place to catch the sunrise from the marina facing Amelia River.
As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! *Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
**Please note that dog/s may be considered but any dog must be approved by management. The size restrictions in place are no more than two dogs will be allowed for a total maximum weight of 50 lbs. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
