This charming, single-story villa offers the ultimate in convenience and comfort. Located just steps from the pool, a short stroll from Little Sandy par-3 golf course, and a quick walk to the beach, it`s the perfect home base for exploring all the island has to offer. The spacious great room features an open floor plan with a comfortable living area, a wet bar, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The master suite features a king-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer. The oversized second bedroom has two queen beds and its own separate entrance, providing complete privacy.
This smoke-free home is dog-friendly and welcomes your canine companion to enjoy the island adventure with you.
Dogs only (max 1) with prior approval. Non-refundable $250 fee applies. Dogs must be house-trained, vaccinated, fixed, and sociable. Size/breed restrictions apply; signed pet agreement required. No cats or other animals allowed.
All reservations, regardless of booking platform, require a signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
Guests are liable for damage or extra cleaning. Amelia Best VRR may charge your card. Report pre-existing issues at check-in to avoid liability.
The guest must adhere to occupancy policies and limits, which are strictly enforced.

Just so you know the property picture is NOT the property. It is close by. No ocean view, pool is nice but small. This is a condo complex near the hotel, no access to hotel or amenities. Having said that it is an excellent property in a nice setting. Very roomy and clean

This is a very large 2 bedroom condo with all the comforts of home. Laily was great and attentive to all our inquiries.
