Ironically, I have stayed in this unit before. Clean and a good value. Many of these units people own for vacation rentals could stand to be overhauled, this one included. I would rent again certainly. It accomplishes what I used it for.

Loved the privacy and location of this unit. Very handy to the beach and beach club. It was very hot while we were there. We enjoyed the Beach Wood pool so much. Never crowded. Loved the bedroom/bath layout. Recommend.

Great location-easy walk to beach and Omni amenities. Good to have a patio with a Weber kettle grill for outdoor cooking. Nice kitchen, excellent laundry machines. Unit had some issues - sliding glass door and screen off track. Cable tv only worked in the living room. Furnishings a bit dated. Renovation in progress - but not while we were there.
