Spacious, newly updated three bedroom, three and a half bath Beachwood townhome! Overlooks the golf course and the lagoon. Relax and enjoy the private patio and balcony. Patio is perfect for morning coffee or dinners at dusk with the beautiful view. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for family gatherings. New flooring and carpet throughout the unit. Flat screen TVs and internet is provided. Each bedroom has it's own in suite bathroom. Washer and dryer located on bottom floor for easy access. Beach access is within walking distance. Only a short drive to downtown Fernandina!

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is not as big as the pictures look and could have had at least one pot large enough for a low country boil, but we made do with 2 pots. Otherwise, the kitchen is well stocked. We had some issues with strobing lights in the bathrooms, so until Wed. washing up was done in semi darkness. After they fixed the lights, they still blinked a bit when initially turned on and then stopped. The TV issue in the main bedroom was never addressed. Otherwise, the location to beach access and the pool is close by and the bike/walking trails are terrific.
