Within minutes to Carmel by the Sea, Monterey or Santa Cruz County this is the perfect location to explore everything the Monterey Bay area has to offer.
We hope you will enjoy this fantastic Ocean Front View three (3) bedroom, three (3) full bath, 1665 square foot Townhouse.
The Space:
This townhouses has unobstructed views straight out to the Pacific Ocean. Open beam ceilings and large windows take advantage of the spectacular view.
This special residential townhouse is the perfect vacation getaway on the Monterey Bay and you will wish it was your everyday beach home.
Wake up to the sound of the ocean and end your day with a walk on the beach with beautiful sunsets right out your door.
HOA includes community pool, spa, tennis courts and a sport court.
We're sorry, you may not bring your adorable pets to this home. This includes service animals as the owners are highly allergic to animals. Anyone found bringing animals into the home will incur an additional $10,000 fee for the stringent cleaning required to make the home habitable again for the property owners.
The Neighborhood:
The Monterey Peninsula is different than any other part of California. Here, time slows, the architecture is humble (with the exception of the homes in Pebble Beach), and the lifestyle is the perfect synthesis of SoCal laid back and NorCal sophisticated. Your Property Managers are available by cellular phone, text messaging and email during your visit. Here at Carmel Coast Estate, we take every measure to ensure the cleanliness of our fully furnished homes. We clean our homes with hospital grade, environmentally friendly, pet & child safe cleaning solutions. Our primary cleaning agent kills 99.99% of all pathogens known to man. As a Sanitizer, it kills 99.99% of common bacteria, As a Virucide it kills 99.99% of viruses, ranging from Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2, Influenza A2, CV1 through 19, Ebola, HBV and HIV-1, Hepatitis C. County of Monterey Transient Occupancy Registration Certificate # TBD Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. We had a nice stay overall. The house was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with a decent selection of cooking supplies, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay.One thing to be aware of is that the property is quite remote. If you’re looking for restaurants, shopping, or a variety of activities nearby, the adjacent towns don’t offer much. It’s a great place if you’re seeking peace, quiet, and a getaway from the crowds, but those wanting lots of things to do may want to plan day trips or come prepared to spend most of their time at the house.Communication was great and the goodies were appreciated.

Clean, modern and a very comfortable place to stay. Very welcoming with wine chocolates and nuts provided which was very much appreciated after a long drive. The home was very well appointed and you did not lack for anything to enjoy your visit. The proximity to the beach is outstanding. You walk out the door and it’s right in front of you. The hot tub was wonderful and calming after a long day at the beach or sight seeing. The book they provide gave numerous options to go visit including restaurants making it easy to plan your time. You won’t be disappointed if you chose this home for your stay.

Beautiful home great view. Celebrated our daughter’s 16th birthday with a group of 4 adults and her. House was super comfortable and has every amenity you can think of. We will be back!

Well the house is nice but had a mild smell when we got there. The view is great and they made a bottle of wine which was nice. The only issues we had was no TV in any rooms except the family room. And we tried to get a late check out when we booked the place because it was my daughter 13th birthday and 10am is ann early check out as it is. But we never heard back so I thought no big deal. Then we asked the day before and we’re told just get out as close to10 as you can. Well at 10:15 the cleaners showed up and instead of saying we will come back in 30 mins they just pushed their way in and started cleaning . So we got our stuff and got out as fast as you can with 4 teenagers. Then the owner showed up and was not a nice woman. She asked us to move out of the parking spot so the house keeper could park there . There were plenty of other spots. We were on our way out just putting in the address in my wife’s navigation in her car. She kept asking us questions . And I told her that usually you get an hour past before house keepers show up especially since we asked twice . She told us she had quartz’s come b at 3 pm. That was 5 hours from then. Plenty of time to clean that little house three times . We had a nice trip that ended badly because of poor people skills. Won’t rent there again !!
