About this house rental

Located in Monterey Dunes Colony, a private gated community located between Santa Cruz & Monterey. Single story beach town house across the street from the clubhouse w/community pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, bocce ball, volleyball, basketball, a putting green, and a driving cage. The home has high vaulted ceilings, many large picture windows & sliding doors to take advantage of panoramic views of the ocean and a direct path to the beach. Featuring a Big Green Egg BBQ (charcoal and fire starting bricks provided) . Association rules limit the occupancy to 6 persons. 2 night minimum (3 nights peak season).

This was absolutely perfect for our girls getaway weekend! The property is spacious and the view is breathtaking. Kitchen is very well stocked and enjoyable to cook in. Beds and linens were comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub are a very short walk from the house, and were quiet, clean, and the water was a perfect temperature. We would love to come back next year!

We have stayed at many units in Monterey Dunes Colony - this was our favorite! Updated, thoughtful touches for families, great communication! We’ll be back!

Great property right on the beach. 3 bedrooms provides plenty of space for 4 people. Kitchen is well appointed should you want to cook. Location makes for easy access to Monterey and beyond. Communication from the owners Jeff & Pam was helpful and clear. Would stay there again.
