The Pacific ocean is your backyard with private beach access right from our decks in 28 seconds. When you stay, you will be in one of the closest units to the beach with no mound in dunes blocking your view of the ocean. On lucky occasions, you might spot otters, seals, dolphins, and even whales along the shore. We have and so have many of our guests!
Nestled in the sand dunes surrounding Monterey Bay and with an easy ride to Santa Cruz, Monterey, and new and modern Salinas Northbridge Mall and Harden Ranch Plaza, our beach home is the perfect vacation getaway in the area. We are easily accessible from Highway 1. Explore Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach golf resorts, the scenic 17-mile drive, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Moss Landing’s Elkhorn Slough, Whale watching etc. And in case, you are having too much fun at the beach to step away for food or grocery shopping, Instacart & Doordash will deliver straight to your doorstep.

This unit was well stocked with anything you could want, well cared for, came with instructions on how to use all of the extras and has a view that can’t be beat. The ocean was breathtaking and we found so many sand dollars. The host was great to work with. I would highly recommend!!

The property was in a great location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The host was very responsive and provided everything you'd need to enjoy a beach vacation.

We LOVED staying (3 nights) at the beach house for our family celebration! Plenty of space for 6 adults to sleep. Spacious bathrooms (3) and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. The VIEW is breathtaking and changes constantly depending on height of the sun, tide, and how many pelicans are flying right in front of you. We had walks on the beach, where we literally saw no one else. Our group enjoyed swimming in the clubhouse pool, the hot tub, and pickleball court. If you are looking for a house on the beach to disconnect, this house is marvelous.

I’m going to leave a honest review because I appreciate when others do that; I rely heavily on reviews when choosing a property to rent. This property had the highest reviews which is one reason I chose it. So, I was very surprised when we arrived to find dirty floors full of hair and sand in the house. My teenage daughters even said there were hairballs all over the floors and for them to notice it had to be bad. There were also ants in the kitchen and Oceanside master. And, there was no hot water to the showers on our last night there. Positives were location convenient to Monterey and Carmel; proximity to beach; and we enjoyed the fireplace. The host was responsive and sent the housekeeper out to clean the floors. The housekeeper tried to convince me she did in fact vacuum and mop the floors, but I have four kids and know how to clean floors and these were absolutely not vacuumed prior to our arrival. I’ve attached photos of the dirty floors and hair on the master bed.
