Ocean Front, this is a 3 million dollar view! 180-degree view of the Monterey Bay and miles of beach to walk on. The master bedroom is a sanctuary from the rest of the house, offering; a private bathroom, seating area with TV and cable, king bed, and full ocean views.
The family room is small but offers oceanfront views and access to an outside patio with a private hot tub. The tranquil view does not end after sunset as the starry night sky and distance view of city lights across the bay will keep you captured at the moment.

this is our 10th year coming to Pajaro Dunes for the 4th July week and our third stay at house 72. its one of our favorite for the following reasons. On the beach, close to the courtsunique architectureopen back deck to the beach front

The house’s location is top notch! The house layout is awesome. Amenity offerings are great, however, as others posted, not really kept up with. Ample amount of towels, good amount of paper towel and toilet paper for a weekend. It’s a quintessential beach house but just a bit outdated. We had a blast, management was easy to communicate with and check in and check out instructions were clear.
