- Please report any damages immediately. Guests may be held responsible for excessive damage or missing items.
- Do not tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, security cameras, or alarms.
Check-out procedures:
- Please leave the property in tidy condition, cleaning supplies are located in the downstairs closet and below the kitchen sink.
- If a bed was used please do not remake it.
- Take all dirty towels and place them next to the washer in the garage.
- Place any remaining dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle.
- Take out trash & recycling.
- Double-check you’ve packed all your belongings (don’t forget to look under the beds!)

The house is beautiful, walking distance to the ocean front, and beach below. We walked to the little village for ice cream. It was a fantastic stay. The house has everything you need and then some.

There is plenty of space to spread out in this comfortable house. The beds were all comfortable. Great coffee maker and nice pots and pans we used for making breakfast.. spacious counter and Kitchen. It’s a 10 min walk to the beach down a series of steps. Marianne’s ice cream is a 9 min walk . We loved it!! We would return again.
