The property was on a quiet street just blocks from the bay at Rio Del Mar. There was a private patio to sit in. The Roku TV had the programs we like to watch at night. There is a very special coffee shop close by. The host answered all of our queries and resolved any requests we made.
We were satisfied with everything.

The location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. It was very cozy. We would come and stay again. The weather was perfect. We had forgot our chairs, thank goodness we found some.
We had no complaints.

Area
Thin walls. We could hear everything that was going on near us, people opening and shutting the gate, but actually shake the studio.
