1 bathroom in the hallway past kitchen (bathtub & shower combination)
Kitchen -equipped with all new stainless steel appliances dishwasher, gas stove/oven/microwave, full sized fridge
Laundry room space - 2 front load washer and dryer
Basement-
1 bedroom- 1 Full Sized bed
Upstairs / Second Floor-
King Sized bedroom with own walk in closet and bathroom (shower stall)
Backyard-
Fully Fenced for privacy and patio dining option with table & 4 chairs

Yes … house was clean & had everything we needed in kitchen including extra dish soap, garbage bags, crockpot ect. very spacious… beds, bedding and pillows were comfortable.Only minor issue is that the upstairs shower had no hot water during my stay.

House is in a great location with ease of walkable eateries and bars. Perfect to stay with a dog with the fenced in yard. Very spacious

We stayed to attend events for Creighton graduation. The location was great for being close to this area. Some things to note for people with physical limitations. This is an old house. The stairs to the primary bedroom may be hard for anyone with mobility issues but there are 2 smaller rooms on the main level. Same for the basement stairs. The shower upstairs and bathtub on the main were difficult to access by one of our family members with mobility issues.The drive way is steep but the walk in is flat.
