We've incorporated high-end touches throughout to guarantee a truly remarkable experience for our guests.

➝ Family Friendly - Pack'n Play, highchair & kids dishware provided (Pack n' Play only comes with the padding from the box, and no beddings)
➝ 1 Off-street parking in garage and driveway, plus free on-street parking
➝ Fully stocked kitchen with coffee provided
➝ In-home washer + dryer w/ detergent and dryer sheets provided
➝ Self check-in with Smart Lock
➝ Central A/C and heat
➝ Fully fenced backyard + outdoor seating, charcoal BBQ Grill (charcoal) & patio
➝ Pet Friendly - two dogs under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60/pet fee)- fully fenced-in backyard - sorry, no cats

Benson was so walkable and the property was perfect for our group of 7! Very clean, great communication. Thank you for hosting us and having an exceptional property for us to visit while in town for a wedding!

Communication with the property owners was excellent—they were responsive and very easy to work with.However, when we arrived and opened the door, the smell of an old house hit us immediately. It was so overwhelming that it overshadowed the entire stay. Unfortunately, this made it hard to fully enjoy the property.If the odor issue could be addressed, this would be a nice place to stay. Until then, it may not be the best option for those sensitive to smells.
