Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is a great location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The sofa is getting worn and there were no blankets in either bedroom. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The view from the balcony is gulf front and gorgeous.

This unit suited our purposes as it had a nice balcony that overlooked the beach and was close to the beach. The unit was okay it could have been a little cleaner and there were some repairs that need made to the unit.
