Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and easy access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. I suggest getting a more comfortable couch - if possible :)

This condo was great. We had a group of 6 and it was a little tight with 2 on the sleeper sofa, but it would be perfect for a group of 4. Amenities were nice and the view of the ocean was wonderful. Only thing I really didn’t like was having to pay $50 for a parking pass - which the listing didn’t mention it’s max 2 cars per condo. Overall 4.8/5 I’d definitely come back.

This property had everything! The view with a nice balcony, CLEAN, suitable kitchen for all your cooking, nice bedroom sizes, 2 bathrooms was fantastic with a teen!Plenty of towels. Nothing to complain about! Access was easy! We brought blankets because one review mentioned no comforters, it’s just very thin. TVs in the rooms, there was beach chairs, I didn’t realize until we left. This was a great find, highly recommended.
