Situated in a beachfront building, this lovely three-bedroom condo is the perfect place to enjoy a getaway with the people you love. Challenge a friend to a game of tennis on the shared court then cool off in the complex pool or head down to the water to splash in the waves. The suite's full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal and you can watch your favorite movies and shows on the TV.

Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

The place was very clean, and the furnishings were very nice. The walls and baseboards could use a good paint job. The first night the smoke alarm was going off about every 40 seconds. I called, and it probably took them about 2 hours to come and fix the problem. The next day my grandson went to the room, and a man was leaving the room. He didn’t go in because it scared him. O contacted Vacasa, and it was a worker. A head’s up would have been a nice gesture. We should have been told someone was going in our room.

As a former person who has rentals, i understand how expensive turning a place can be. People have to understand that not everyone respects your stuff. This unit is everything you need. It is cute and yeah somethings are out dated but I have nothing bad to say about it. Power, water, internet and ac. Everything works, Lots of room (3 bedrooms) and a great view. That’s all you can ask for when it comes to a relaxing week get away. If your the type of person that needs supper fancy, and thinks because a closet is missing a door, then you will find everything wrong with such a cute very reasonable place with a great view. Had a great time love the location. Indoor pool is heated and great for rainy days. Arcade a cross the street for the kiddos on rainy day. Wharf full of restaurants and shopping not even 10 minutes away. Was a great experience and i will totally be coming back.

The view is beautiful. The best for sunrises. The balcony is hugh (length). I give it a 4 because its an old unit, with old smell, the king and full size beds seem to be springs(feels like it). The curtain came off customer service was good. Plenty of room, you just have to understand it is a weathered unit. Otherwise, all needs were meet.

We liked some aspects of the home: the balcony and view, mattresses were comfortable, and water pressure was excellent. We had far more home-related problems and interruptions during our vacation than we have totally experienced with our past vacations. All the walls had either worn paint, scraps/black scrub marks or large stains. Air filter was filthy- coated; we changed the air filter. Furniture and furnishings are out dated- the sofa is extremely uncomfortable and filthy. Closet doors in master bedroom would not open/shut correctly; all balcony doors difficult to open/lock Our main problems were— washing machine did not work without loud squealing and screeching noises (we reported issue and after some back and forth 3 days later a new washer was installed. A major water/bath issue occurred with the faucet in bath being blown off by pressure and water spewing from faucet hole (3x- 1x during plumber visit). The coffee pot was old and broken- we did get a new one several days into the vacation The refrigerator started leaking first night- we were told temperature was set too high- regardless of temperature setting- it leaked all week. This was not our first or second rental pick- our reservations were canceled by Vacasa and this is the one we ended with. We will not stay at this resort again. (Parking passes fee 50 were included; construction ongoing; 2 of 3 elevators at one point were not working)

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay so much!!! The condo was clean, and perfect for those moments we wanted to relax inside or on the balcony. This corner top unit was our favorite with the best views and very little noise!!! We recommend this condo with 5 stars!!! If we come back, we want the same room!

Property was clean and well described. Only issues were tryin to get ice on location. Ice machine stayed empty the entire stay? Gettting into your room after dusk is impossible without a flashlight to see key pad on door. Very poor lighting at entrance.

This particular unit 4907 was listed as having two queens and two twins but it I. Fact had 1 king, 1 queen and a room with two twins. The king bed was the only form bed. All the other beds were VERY soft. The couches are very soft also. The unit is in the end which makes it. I’ve because the balcony goes all the way around. It has a two door going out to the balcony in the living room space and one in the master bedroom. The kitchen floor is in need of repair. It’s tile and has a lot of cracks in it. If you have a baby crawling it would be a hazard. The ceiling fan doesn’t work in the master bedroom. There are plenty of utensils pots and pans in the kitchen. The cleaning is what I expected. I’ve stayed in many, many condos and nothing has every been a five star for me. I take my own Clorox wipes everywhere I go. There was a used Q tip under the sink in the bathroom and the sink has rust stains on it. Nothing major overall it was a good place and a good view of the ocean and pool area. I would stay here again

It was ok. The beach and pools are awesome. This condo is on the top floor a hassle to the beach and pool but beautiful scenery. It’s outdated and be sure to take more soaps and basics. They give you enough for a day.

Great home with a great view! My only negatives are that the doors going to the balcony are very difficult to open and close (eat your Wheaties). The towels are very small as well. Beds are comfy but the sofa isn’t. I would probably rent this place again so the negatives are not terrible. $30 for parking is ridiculous though.
