Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Condo 1313 at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club.
My family made the best out of it.
Pros:
Perfect size for a family of four.
Has Plenty of dishes,blankets, etc
Cons:
VERY OLD FURNITURE Has not been updated in 30+ years. Dirty couch. Tiny TVs. Bare minimum on upkeep. AIR CONDITIONER WASN’T WORKING. They provided 1 FAN.
The owners or the company I booked with did NOT respond to any questions or request to moving me to another unit. Communication is absolutely terrible. I messaged and called several times I got one response to all those and it didn’t answer any questions I asked.
The owners did not disclose the condo number, in fact I had to call when we checked in (thankfully that time they answered) and get it. The lady I spoke with wasn’t pleasant at all.
The return air vent is caked with dust. They should provide a blow dryer. The beds have liners but not mattress protectors on them and when I took them off to prepare to leave the mattresses have lots of stains.
The walk from the back porch to the beach is definitely more than 75 yards and you cannot see the beach from the condo. I request beach view.
There was no instruction folder, with instructions for check in/out or information about the condo or area. I felt mislead about the location of the condo.
The hurricane did some damage to the entire property too and It wasn’t clearly communicated either. There are lots of equipment and construction tools in the parking lots.
Parking is now $30 per vehicle and only one is available with each condo. Upon arrival no guard at gate the second day returning the guy was there and wanted me to pay I refused.
