Past guests have described this property as a hidden treasure with an excellent location. This gated property is located far enough outside of town to enjoy the secluded, peaceful property with lots of wildlife, but yet a short drive into Waco to enjoy all the city has to offer.
The barndominium is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with comfortable furniture. The open floor plan allows you to visit with guests while enjoying the large kitchen that's full of amenities.

Very clean nice and had every thing we needed

The awkward thing about this property is that the only shower in the entire place is in the kitchen/dining room, and separated only by a linen curtain. This means everyone must leave this room when someone is showering as there isn't anyplace to get dressed in the shower itself. Also, when we were there, the toilet (also in that same large room) would gurgle out the refill water onto the seat, lid, and sometimes the floor.
The property is nicely appointed, but if you are more than one family unit, it really doesn't work.
