-NO PETS are allowed. A $200 fee is associated if any signs of pets are detected.
-Respect quiet hours from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this period.
-Only the people who were listed are allowed to stay on the premises. No additional guests are allowed without the host's prior permission before arrival.
-Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval. Any unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate eviction.
-The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Please notify us in advance if you plan to have additional guests.
-You’re welcome to use the driveway in front of the house. Please contain street parking directly in front of our home and make sure your guests do not block our neighbors' driveway.
-Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any incidents promptly. Otherwise, additional fees will be added if found after checkout. Inspection will be conducted after each guest.
-Please do not cut anything directly on the countertops. We have cutting boards available in the cabinets.
-Please do not leave children unattended.
-Guests will be responsible for any missing items or damage caused due to misuse.
-Please maintain the cleanliness of the property during your stay. A cleaning fee covers general cleaning; however, excessive messes may incur additional charges.
-Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when you leave.
-Keep us informed of any changes to your travel plans and promptly report any issues during your stay.
-Do not wash your car at the property.
-Failure to comply with these house rules may result in penalties, including additional charges or eviction.

Checkin was easy, layout was a little strange (you have to go through the master to get to the backyard). Appreciated the spice rack and snacks!! A couple larger bowls for mixing and a cookie sheet would’ve been helpful but we made do. The game room was great when the grands came over! The only negative was all the air fresheners. Unplugged as many as I could find and put them in a cabinet

This house was saying “Hello! We are happy you’re here. Make yourself comfortable” from the minute we pulled into the driveway. We were greeted with a cozy living room built for lounging and hanging out. The kitchen had plenty of space and amenities to cook meals as a family to include a stocked coffe/tea bar. The grill is well maintained and under the large covered back porch usable rain or shine with a table and plenty of seating. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were stocked with amenities including a hairdryer. The game room had plenty to choose from so no need to bring your own. This is a wonderfully cared for rental and you can tell the owners care about hospitality. We will stay again!
