This booking includes a private space with a private entrance, accommodating up to 6 guests.
➤ Any additional guests must be disclosed in advance and will incur an additional fee.
The unit includes 2 designated parking spaces.
➤ A third vehicle requires prior approval.
Late check-out of up to 1 hour is allowed at no extra cost.
➤ Staying 2 hours or more past check-out time will incur a $70 fee.
➤ Any stay that exceeds this grace period will be charged an additional full night.
Please DO NOT wash the towels, blankets, or bed sheets
➤ We will take care of the laundry. If you need extras, just let us know.
For longer stays:
10+ days: A $80 cleaning service fee will apply during your stay. (extra)
20+ days: A second $80 cleaning fee will apply for a total of $160.

We rented this for my dad’s birthday at the lake. Even though it was pouring down we had a great time. It was very homey and comfortable. The location is perfect for a weekend at the lake. We plan on renting again for another lake trip!
