Welcome to Luxury Ellicottville Chalet!

We've updated everything. But one thing that doesn't need to change is the unparalleled views of Holiday Valley and Holimont ski slopes. The views are why I come here and I'm sure you'll enjoy this as much I do.

This traditional chalet has vaulted ceilings with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Over 2800sq ft of finished living space.

After a day on the slopes, hiking, biking, shopping or golf, come back to your personal private retreat. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Holimont and Holiday Valley from your new leather sofas or 8' hot tub or maybe sitting on the deck. There's also a sauna for those that want to truly unwind.

Upper level has 3 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, big living room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and unobstructed view of the resorts. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with quality amenities. All new towels, linens, sheets, comfortable new beds and all supplies.

Lower level has the fun room or games room plus 2 more bedrooms. There's 2nd gourmet kitchen with bar area. The open main room has a new 65" TV, new ping pong table, new leather sofa, dining table and chairs. The sauna is in the lower level along with an adjoining bathroom and spacious shower. This entire lower level has heated floors throughout for a warm comfortable temperature.

All this is located just 1 mile away from downtown Ellicottville shops, restaurants, live music, bars and festivals. There are 3 breweries and a winery in town. The Gin Mill is a popular place to hear live music through the day.

This house is fabulous. The location is peaceful and serene,and walk-able to town. Its BIG, and has two separate living spaces. One on the main floor and one downstairs. Both spaces have full size gourmet kitchens. So it can comfortably fit two families-if needed. It's SPOTLESS, and stocked with amenities. Steve was a wonderful Host, he made sure we had everything we need. I would rent this house again, I loved it.

My girls group of 8 fifty-somethings stayed at Steve's property for a long weekend in August and we had a terrific time! The house was very clean, extremely well stocked with paper products, coffee, kitchen needs (cookware, utensils, bakeware, silverware, glassware, dishes, dish towels, etc.), blankets, pillows, bath towels, everything you need for a home away from home. There were plenty of very comfortable beds for all of us (the twin beds are a little short, but they were fine for anyone about 5'5" and under.). The hot tub and sauna were clean and easy to use. The patio table/chairs set is new with very nice cushions. The extra kitchen was such a great bonus. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was about a 15 min walk/3 min drive into town, which is always a fun place with shopping, restaurants, and great night life. Steve is very responsive to questions, and I had great communication with him. My group has rented several beautiful homes in the EVL area over the years, and this was by far one of our favorites, if not our favorite!

The house was everything we expected and then some. The rooms were cozy (the kids loved the super soft blankets), the 2 kitchens were awesome, the views were beautiful and everything was so clean. From start to finish, this property was absolutely the best. Very inviting from the moment we walked in--beautifully decorated, well appointed and totally comfortable. Easy to follow instructions made it simple to settle in and enjoy all of the amenities. The hot tub was literally the best way to cap off a long day of skiing and the sauna was cherry on top. The coffee set up was outstanding--with all the sugar and coffee you could need. Pods and ground coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Spices and some oils in the pantry and a fully stocked, well appointed kitchen with all the utensils you'd need to make dinner or just appetizers. My son and his friends were totally entertained with the ping pong table, and darks. Steve was super easy to communicate with, and very responsive. Bedrooms well appointed, clean and comfortable. Just a beautiful property and not too far from town. Just 3-4 minutes drive. Nothing bad to say and we will definitely be back. Just awesome! Just got back from a long ski weekend in Ellicotville and can't say enough good things about this property. We've been going to Holiday Valley for years and this was one our best visits. Steve's property played a huge role in that. Beautiful, spacious house that was perfect for 7 adults, stunning views, and lots of fun. Started every morning drinking coffee (provided by the host), sitting by the fireplace and enjoying the amazing view of both resorts. Location was great as we were very close to downtown and Holiday Valley.. After enjoying both, we'd return to the house and loved the lower level playing games and hanging out in a large rec room/bar/2nd kitchen. We hope to return next year and do it all over again. Close enough to the village to go out and walk if need be but far enough out to enjoy peacefulness and quiet. My family of 10 had the privilege of staying in this beautiful Chalet located in Ellicottville, NY. The location of the Chalet is literally minutes away from downtown yet it is very peaceful, quiet and we all felt very safe throughout our stay. We enjoyed the family of deer that were regular visitors, the two chipmunks that playfully chased eachother around the yard and the birds who seemed to enjoy us as much as we did them. The views were amazing from morning till night. We were in such awe and so excited our first night we stayed up pretty late and watched the fog roll in and over the trees, what a very cool sight to see. Indoors as with everything else went beyond our expectations from the furniture (all the furniture, and those two chairs Steve!!!) to the decor to the blankets. We loved it all! This Chalet is equipped to have multiple families of all ages enjoy their stay. With two full size gourmet kitchens (1 with 2 sinks), three full size bathrooms, jetted tub, a sauna, and an outdoor-clean jacuzzi we fully enjoyed them all. The ping-pong table got alot of use and the downstairs dining table was perfect for the personalized family jigsaw puzzle, mission complete! Steve, the owner was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. He checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was good and was very quick to respond to the questions that I had prior to, during and after our stay. (Even with my dad's panic of being able to get the football games, which of course were able to get lol) There are so many positive things to say about the Chalet, neighborhood, location, town I could continue on but we would be here all night. I want to finish by saying I would definitely recommend booking your next getaway here, you will not be disappointed!

This is the perfect place to get away if you want to make some family memories or a quick get away with friends. It truly has everything where you only need to bring food and clothes. I was very impressed that the owner thought of everything(nice linens, towels, toiletries, pantry supplies, cleaning supplies etc) to make everyone feel at home. Not only is the house amazing(note I have high expectations) but the town is too. So much to do with so little time, the area has a lot to offer no matter what season. If you just want to relax you can do that too. We saw deer, rabbits and several birds for wild life. There is endless entertainment at the house - several board games, darts, foosball, TV, sauna, hot tub or just sit by the fire(inside or outside) to read your favorite book. Outside the house there is always entertainment downtown as an option too. We will definitely come back to this town and stay in this house again. Cindy B

This house and our stay was perfect! The little details in this house were noticed and greatly appreciated. Everything in the house was very high quality and that made the stay even more special. All of the beds were very comfortable abd adored with soft comfy blankets in addition to the sheets and comforters. The pillows were also very nice quality. The hot tub was magnificent. It was huge and clean, and didn't have that weird smell that sometimes hot tubs have. There were more then enough towels supplied for use after hot tub and shower both. The view of the moon from the backyard was absolutely stunning. The grill, stove and ovens worked great and any dishes/utensils that you could want are provided. There are also two coffee makers (each with kcups and percolator), and a huge selection of coffee/hot chocolate to choose from. There are several VERY soft and comfy throw blankets provided on both levels of the house. The communication with the owner was fantastic. So pleasant, informative and incredibly quick to respond to a question. This house is only minutes from the heart of Ellicottville and so many fun things to do (also, there is instacart available from several stores)! We were as comfortable in this house as we are in our own, and we will absolutely rent this home again! Because personally, I love details when I am renting a place: The lower level has two very nice size bedrooms (one queen room, and one room with two beds), full kitchen, living room area with tekevision, dining room area, large bathroom, sauna, and additional small living area with a futon and television. It has a ping pong table that everyone absolutely loved, a dartboard and a Foosball table. There are two sliding doors that lead into the large backyard. There is a very nice firepit with plenty of wood, and four Adirondack chairs. Also out back is the HUGE hot tub. The main level has three bedrooms (a queen master with ensuite whirlpool tub bathroom and small balcony, another queen room, and a room with two single beds), a very large living room, full bathroom, full kitchen, and dining room. There is a washer and dryer in the front hall closet, several board games and a high chair. There is a nice size balcony off of the dining room with a 6 person dining set and grill.

This house is so well equipped, all you need to bring is your clothes and food. There is a ping pong table, foosball table, 5 tv's and lots of board games to keep everyone entertained. Let's not forget the best hot tub I've ever been in. The house has beautiful views and is close to town and the ski resorts. Steve was great to work with. He was quick to answer any questions we had and reached out to check on us after we arrived. We even had a doe and her two babies and several rabbits come to visit us. We had such a great time.

What a great place to unwind and enjoy family, we were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Sant Bonaventure and decided to extend trip and stay around Ellicottville. This home rocked with recreation space, fire pit, and we had a spectacular view of the lunar eclipse. This home felt like our home, and I had great communication with the owner. This is the 3rd time we have rented in Ellicottville for a ski trip and without a doubt this was the best house I have ever rented. Communication with the owner of the property was perfect and he was quick to answer any questions. The house was updated and had two fully functional kitchens. Only a short drive to the mountains and a very nice hot tub to relax after skiing. I couldn’t have asked for a better house, location and owner cooperation.
