My family and I stayed for 5 days. There were 10 of us in the house. Check in process was excellent all details were sent the night before arrival. Prior to arrival the owner contacted us with some property damage from the previous guests. When cooking in the oven the smoke dectors were set off from the burnt food on bottom of stove and some utensils has food left on them. Unsure if that is from the previous guests or the cleaners since clear check out procedures were given the night before check out. The hot tub was a hit for all in our party. I did contact the owner about adding some non-slip stripes or something to help with the slipperiness of the shower in the master suite. The water pressure was great. Having a washer and dryer available was amazing. Overall, we had a great stay with some minor issues.

We absolutely loved the property. Very spacious and clean. Perfect pet friendly house. We loved the hot tub which had amazing views of the slopes. Very quick, easy ride into town and to the slopes.

Hello, A few items in the house need repair. The oven button does not turn to the appropriate temp just need a new dial. Garbage Disposal does not work needs replaced. The basement bedroom freezing needs a small heater no one slept down there due to the temperature. The hot tub was awesome and we were glad to have all the TVs. Ty

We had two families stay comfortably and could have had more people. Master suite was very large and having a full basement was perfect for teens. Loved the cozy basement bar area for sports watching and playing games. Hot tub views are excellent and proximity to town and Holiday Valley was terrific

Property is so close to Holiday Valley. Beds were comfy. Upstairs bedrooms don't really have privacy but that was not really an issue for our group. Check in was super easy. Would stay here again.

The property is a great family house. Great sleeping rooms , beds were comfy, full kitchen , parking is on site. We had 6 adults and 3 children with room for a few more . Short 10 minute drive to holiday valley ski resort . We highly recommend this VRBO and host George.

Almost everything about the hose was exceptional. Good layout. Tons of firewood provided. Linens and towels provided. Hot tub was great! The bunk room mattresses were uncomfortable and a few new pillows would be nice. Overall a great house for a group!

Always bring our daughters for a weekend in ellicottville in October. There are 7 of us. The house is beautiful and layout is great, especially having the hot tub right outside the family room. Fire pit are is very nice too.

This property was in a beautiful setting. Very well kept. The host was so easy to get in contact with. The house had plenty of room. There were 11 of us total. We all had our own rooms that gave us our privacy. Hot tub and fire pit was even an added extra. Such an enjoyable experience.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how thoughtful and responsive our host was. We celebrated Mom's 75th birthday and combined quality family time with our favorite ski trip. Holiday Valley was just a five minute drive and Ellicottville always has so much to offer: fun little shops and restaurants. The house itself was perfect for us: clean, comfortable and cozy. Master bedroom has an amazing view and a full bath with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. It also has a little nook with a double bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and dining room table with plenty of room for 10 adults to eat and play board games. Living room was cozy with sectional, TV, fireplace and sliding glass doors leading to the best feature: a large deck with hot tub and magnificent view! My young-adult kids claimed the lower level with its queen bedroom, full bath, living room (very soft, comfortable sectional couch), fireplace, TV and access to the patio and backyard. They played hours of blackjack, sitting at the bar and using the casino chips and dice they found there. I love that it was pet-friendly and our little dog had a large back yard to exercise and explore. There is also a nice fenced-in dog park just around the corner. This house would be perfect for any season. We would love to come back and enjoy the outdoor fire pit and local golfing! Highly recommended! Thank you for making our trip stress-free and fabulous!

The house was awesome! Very well kept and so much room for everyone. The view out back was gorgeous and the hot tub was super enjoyable and easy to use. The owner was responsive and available to answer any questions. The house is only 7 minutes to the mountain and only 5 minutes to the adorable town of Ellicottville. We highly recommend this house! The house was perfect for our 3 generation holiday ski vacation! Communication with owner was easy and quick. The location is wonderful. Close to stores, restaurants and the slopes. The hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived - and beautiful views. Small niceties were available like dish soap, toilet paper, and laundry. The fireplaces are ideal for a cozy winter night. The kitchen is well stocked with basics and spices. We cooked most nights and played games at the large table. This is our favorite house so far! Definitely recommend!
