Walk to all the Harborside shops and restaurants, or grill dinner at home and dine alfresco on the extensive front patio. The front lawn offers two Adirondack chairs. The back of the home features an extensive parking area. In the evening, gather by the wood stove and watch your favorite shows together in the living area.

Access to this single-story home is via four steps at the entryway.
This home does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans provide a pleasant breeze in the bedrooms and living area.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great location. Cute cottage. The twin beds are a bit too firm for my taste, but otherwise comfortable.This property is managed by Vacasa, and the instructions given by Vacasa for the WiFi connection did not work. There's a booklet (and directly on the router) that gives both theirs and a different Wi-Fi connection that does work. Downtown is a 5 minute walk, where lots of restaurants and shops are located.

Best feature is that it is within walking distance of downtown. Cottage had all the amenities needed. We had cool, dry weather so no air conditioning wasn't an issue. Some furnishings can use upgrading but it brought back great memories of the small cottage I stayed in as a child on Cape Cod

This charming cottage perfectly depicts what a Maine cottage should be. We stayed here in 2019 and are back again ... enjoying the upgrades including the great new deck. Light and airy, nicely stocked and close to town shops and services. We lived in BBH for 18 years so we enjoyed visiting old haunts and friends around town. Hope to return sometime.
