About this house rental
Located at the entrance of Boothbay Harbor, this house has been completely updated. Featuring beautiful hardwood floors and attractive decor throughout, The Red House is a perfect place from which to explore the harbor. An old-fashioned front porch welcomes you while the private back deck with gas grill and dining area is a great place to enjoy some privacy.
Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen, welcoming dining room, spacious living room, and a completely renovated full bath, and upstairs are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and another updated full bath. A new larger hot water heater was added to accommodate 8 guests.
Conveniently situated across the street from the highly acclaimed Thistle Inn Restaurant and just a 7-minute walk to all the charming shops, art galleries, restaurants, and boat tours that make this pretty little harbor so special.
Guests have access to the whole house. The coffee maker is a hard filter drip coffee maker.
It`s a quick walk to town and also to some yummy restaurants. The house is on a busy road but people love sitting on the front porch watching all the action.
The backyard has a deck with tables and chairs for a more private space.
IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed without prior approal and non-refundable pet rent.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.

Our family had such a great time in Boothbay! The house was clean, comfortable, roomy and close to all. Judy was fantastic, she was on point with all the info and help we needed. Great property, will definitely choose Sea Maine in the future!!
