This waterfront property comprises a two-bedroom main house and a separate, one-bedroom apartment on the second floor- an ideal set-up for several couples or an extended family exploring Midcoast Maine together. Both the main house and the apartment have front decks overlooking the water, providing you with two lovely spots for breakfasts, afternoon card games, and dinners of lobster rolls from Boothbay Lobster Wharf down the street.
Your visit begins in the main house, where you'll find a light-filled living room with a streaming-capable TV, a well-equipped kitchen, dining tables both inside and outside on the deck, and a private washer/dryer. The adjacent apartment is similarly sunny, offering a separate entrance, a living room with a TV, an open kitchen, an indoor dining table, and an outdoor picnic table. You'll also have a gas grill for summer barbecues, free high-speed WiFi, and a propane firepit at the water's edge.

This house fit out needs for extended family staying together. Lots of space so we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Love the dock, using boats/kayaks, and the easy location to all of Boothbay Harbor’s main attractions.

Complete description of this propertyMain house - First floor is all living space with an uncovered deck out back/great view, nice porch in the front, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen with all appliances but limited counter space, powder room - furnishings comfortable although quite worn; 2nd floor has full bath/clawfoot tub & shower, bedroom/2 twin beds, bedroom/queen bed & twin bed, bedroom/queen bed; 3rd floor has large bedroom/queen bed & full bath shower; basement has separate entrance through utility room/washer & dryer, bedroom/queen bed & bath/showerGarden area was unkempt, dirty bird bath/fountain, unusable for the most partOar house has queen bed & full bath/showerBoat house has kitchen, queen bed, full bath/shower, living area, uncovered deck overlooking bayAll bath sinks were pedestals with little room for toiletriesLittle attention to maintenance or any updating throughout - mishmash of furnishings; not much done for guest convenience; adequate but obvious not much money spent to improve an old ramshackle propertyThis property can accommodate a large group and, with some investment of money and attention to amenities, could be a premier one-of-a-kind vacation rental
