Located on the Beach with Incredible sunset views over the Laguna Madre Bay from Private Balcony! RELAX, with your favorite drink in your hand and enjoy beautiful Sun-sets over the Bay. Fire-works view is spectacular from the Balcony and if you're lucky you may even get to see a Space-x launch.
Our condo is located at the best location on the South Padre Island beach strip! This beautiful 700 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4, and is 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms with a private balcony. Located in the heart of South Padre Island, this complex has private beach access to the east and a 1-Block walk to the main strip and restaurants to the west. (Free public transportation available on the Island.)
Condo occupancy number is strictly enforced. Un-registered guest will be turned away with no refund to booking guest.
Aquarius Condominium Community offers a variety of features to enhance your tropical getaway. On the first floor you will find a game/exercise room with a large ping-pong table, exercise equipment and views of the breathtaking ocean. The community coin / credit card operated washer and dryers ensure a comfortable stay for many nights and the $3.00 large bags of ice for sale add to your experience.
Sleeping:
The master bedroom is perfect for a break from an activity filled day. Rest on the hybrid memory foam queen bed with, wall mounted smart television. Additional features include night stands with lamps, a large dresser, and closet.
The second bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart television. Additional features include a dresser for storage, garment closet.
Kitchen:
Easily move around the open fully stocked kitchen while you whip up your favorite meals and drinks. Stock up the cabinets with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay, stocked with k-cups of coffee will make you feel right at home during your stay.
Please bring your own toiletries. We provide the first roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
SUMMER GUESTS: At no cost to you and for your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The first wristband is at no cost to you. Lost wristbands, Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building due to loss, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost. With heavy volume during Summer months, WIFI connection are sometimes slow and hard to get, so please plan to relax and disconnect during your stay.
IMPORTANT: This condo sleeps 4 and no more. Additional guest will be denied entry. Non registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo. Any violation to the limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid without refunds or credits.

Great communication with the Host! Enjoyed the property too! It was nice to have a condo that was not overly crowded with furniture. Very pleasant stay.

This is a tiny condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very small, like a motorhome or camper. There is no dishwasher. Their are two sofas at odd angles to watch a TV that is mounted near the ceiling. Looking up at a TV this high cranes the neck and is odd. SpaceX main office and assemble buildings are in view of the condo balcony, however other condo buildings block the view of the launch pads! When I booked, the ad had a view of a launch, it has since been removed.The condo shares a wall with the elevator shaft so you will hear a low frequency growling noise of the elevator car and compressor when it moves. Will not recommend this unit to friends or family.
