The beachfront was exactly what we hoped for. Balcony provided a wonderful view. Grounds, pool and hot tub were wonderfully cared for and impressive..Ongoing improvements were a nuisance. Beds and linens were excellent, toilet paper and paper towels need upgrade. Fans and back of dining chairs need cleaning. We would still book this unit again.

This unit is a little tired but the things that really matter are top notch.
Great view, right on the beach. Quiet end unit. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Comfortable, clean beds. We will definitely stay there again if available.

Nice location, we've stayed at the Aquarius several times but this condo was dirty. What was left of the countertops because of the extra microwave (old was out of order) had sand on them. We had to clean those and the glass dining room table. There was hair in the shower and we hadn't even unpacked yet. Floors were sandy as well. No extra bedding for the couch or extra blankets. Glad we wash everything before use, some of the plates still had food stuck on them.
