The place was clean upon arrival. Excellent location, close to the beach. Perfect for a short stay at the beach.

Overall, we had a great stay! The ocean view was beautiful, the kids loved the pool, and the beach was less than a 2-minute walk away. The condo could use some updates and newer furniture, and the pull-out bed was not functional. Despite those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

It is very walkable to restaurants. The beach and the bay. Although dated, it had 2 large balconies, a decent sized kitchen and living area. The pool and hot tub were very clean as well as the grills and game room/exercise room. Loved the beach view. Would definitely stay here again. I messaged the host to ask about beach towels being provided, but never received a response. There are not beach towels in the room. There were 4 very small beach chairs, which as handy.

Nice location, we've stayed at the Aquarius several times but this condo was dirty. What was left of the countertops because of the extra microwave (old was out of order) had sand on them. We had to clean those and the glass dining room table. There was hair in the shower and we hadn't even unpacked yet. Floors were sandy as well. No extra bedding for the couch or extra blankets. Glad we wash everything before use, some of the plates still had food stuck on them.
