About this apartment rental
Condominium’s community pool, brand new grills, and picnic areas, with nightlife and family-friendly attractions a short walk away. Please contact Christine McWilliams at least two days prior to arrival for required check-in instructions; phone: 210-264-9998.
IMPORTANT: The Aquarius HOA sets guest limits based on city, county fire, safety, and occupancy ordinances.
Occupancy limit is 4 which includes children ages 3-17. There are no exceptions to exceed the guest limit during your stay. Non-registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo at this time.
Any violation to the guest limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave. If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid, without refunds or credits.
SUMMER GUESTS: For your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, age 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The wristband is at no cost to you, unless lost. Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for the bathroom and kitchen and for the beach. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We really appreciate that the building has someone at the desk 24 hrs. And it has good security .

We loved our stay here. The balcony and views were fantastic, comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Also the location is easily walkable to dining, shopping, and nightlife. Highly recommended!

This was supposed to be a trip for four however I wound up getting sick so just my sister and her husband went. They loved it! This is a very affordable vacation spot!! Great host! Beautiful view of the ocean!

The views from the balconies were great. Accommodations were clean, inviting, and well-supplied, and beds were comfortable. Communication was open and inviting. This condo was cozy, which we expected. I highly recommend it.
