While the building is a little tired, built in 1977, it is clean and well maintained. The landscaping and pool are amazing and it is just steps to the beach. There is a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and body boards among other things. We used these extensively and it was great. Close to numerous restuarants, and tourist stuff, if you are into that, and a bunch of other things to do. Very beautiful area will probably come back.

Loved the property! It was quiet even with the Labor Day weekend crowd and other guests were very friendly. Beds were comfy and provided a great nights rest after long days in the sun. The only thing I could foresee potentially being a minor concern is if you are traveling with elderly family members. The tile throughout the condo has lots of divots/imperfections that you would find in natural stone. As well as uneven edges that are raised above the grout. Not having a smooth floor could make it hard for someone with a walker/cane and balance issues. My parents, who are in their mid-seventies were fine but walked carefully. Outside of a few cleaning things that were overlooked by the cleaning crew, the property was great! We will stay here again!

Great location. Very nice condo with lots of the needed items we needed. Shower was large!! The view from living room was great. Although the building was old our place was updated and cute.

First and foremost your landscaping is amazing!!! Condo was newly updated and very comfortable. Peppery had wonderful amenities. Beach short walk down well kept path with mat. Great stay
