Welcome to Aldea 3 , this beautiful condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it comfortably accommodates a total of 6 guests.
This beachfront condo is ideal for small families or snowbirds escaping the winter months or anytime.
We provide a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining room table seating for 6 guests. The kitchen counter offers extra dining seats for 3 guests and extra counterspace that can serve as a desk if you need a workspace. This condo has beautiful and comfortable interiors throughout to make your stay feel like your at home.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV to take in a movie when its time to relax.
Primary bedroom offers a King bed with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Hallway bath has a tub/shower combo.
This condo is easy access to the beach – just walk out your sliding glass doors from this ground floor unit, take a couple steps and you're on the beach! Can't get any easier than that to hear the sound of the waves during the day or to enjoy at night.
The covered patio where you can have your coffee while watching those enjoying the water or taking a walk. It is pure bliss! Magnificent sunsets are not to be missed.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

We had a wonderful stay with BTR. We had stayed at the same property a couple years ago and didn’t have the same positive experience. The staff was very attentive and the rental process was easy. If I had to give one suggestion, I would encourage the owner or rental company to add additional food storage containers, mixing bowls and a muffin pan. We like to cook throughout the week and there wasn’t a lot of storage containers for leftovers. Also my son missed his muffins for the week (lol) but we were able to make blueberry ‘bread’ instead!

Aldea 3 was a wonderful unit. This unit had everything we needed and more. Had a nice ocean view from our back door and really liked that it was just a few steps away from the beach.

We love location and property is wonderful with beach and pool access. The view is beautiful. The condo needs new smaller furnishings in living room. The rugs in bathroom had bleach marks and were very distasteful. Trashy looking! Owner needs to put some money into some new rugs and furniture. Some of bath towels were really old and dingy with frayed edges. Was not very attractive, Madrid feel like we were staying in a cheap hotel!
