In this beachfront property you'll have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. This beachfront condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it accommodates a total of 6 guests.
This property is located on the second floor of the building and is a 2 story unit – very private and spacious.
First level has 2 bedrooms, main living areas, kitchen and dining area.
The top floor has the Primary bedroom and a den, featuring a King bed and the best amenity this property could offer – a private terrace overlooking the beach! The primary bedroom is spacious with an ensuite bathroom. Off of the bedroom there is a den with a Full sleeper sofa and a TV.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a hallway bathroom and a tub/shower combo.
Very spacious unit with an open floor plan featuring 1900 square feet.
Living area has wonderful views of the Gulf and features comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. Dining area accommodates 6 guests. Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to prepare breakfast or dinner.
Living room has access to a beachfront balcony with a view of the beautiful pool and the Gulf. Just come down your private staircase and in a few steps you are on the sand!
This is a perfect location in a nice, quiet and secluded area - while still being close to all of the best attractions and restaurants that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach has to offer.
Important details:
This unit is not conducive to small children due to the spiral staircase.
No pets allowed in this property, no exceptions!
This is a small, quiet residential community, so no loud parties are allowed.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Excellent Condo, superb location, clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds, Kids loved the pool. On a quiet stretch of beach - loved sitting on the two verandahs watching the dolphins, ospreys and pelicans, We even saw several manatees cruising in the shallows. We'll be back for sure.

Lovely property. Well kept, well stocked, clean, priced appropriately. Beautiful beach, clean pool and manicured grounds. The team from Beachtime Rentals were helpful, informative and gracious. We travel to this beach every year with our family and make sure we stay in a property that is managed by Beachtime Rentals as it makes for a pleasant, worry-free rental experience.

The mattresses and pillows definitely need an upgrading. The pillows are either too thin or so soft that your head touches the bed as if you are not using a pillow. The mattress in the master bedroom has so many mattress pads on it I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. The AC is definitely not something to be desired for. The lowest temp can only be placed on 70 degrees. Upstairs runs constantly and the indoor temp never dropped below 76. If I had known about the temp, I never would have considered staying there.
