Enjoy the most tranquil Gulf Coast beaches in Florida. Belleair Beach is a vacation get-away from everything. One of the few remaining Florida beaches that has not been taken over by commercialization. We still have a local ordinance limiting buildings to a maximum of three floors and where you can still enjoy the local businesses and restaurants. We have 26 miles of coastline that meanders along the beautiful warm turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In 2016 voted the best beach in US.
Relax and enjoy this large, two bedroom, two bath condominium on the third floor with a direct beachfront view from the balcony. Beachfront patio has a table and chairs to enjoy beautiful sunsets and privacy. Newly furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, family room, and kitchen. We have stayed at many beach side rentals in the past but must say this is one of the most well kept and cleanest places we have come across. Owners made us feel like we where in coming into our own home and went out of their way to offer tips on dining, fishing, and entertainment. Paid a little more but was well worth it.
